Cancellation Policy:
December 20, 2008 - January 02, 2009: If the
reservation includes ANY of these dates, full prepayment 90 days prior to
arrival is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable unless
the cancellation notice is received by the hotel a minimum of 30 days prior
to check-in date. Cancellations not received in writing more than 3 days
prior to scheduled arrival and no shows are subject to a 1 NIGHT
PENALTY..
January 1 - March 29, 2008 : Cancellations not
received in writing more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival and no
shows are subject to a 3 NIGHT PENALTY.
March 30 - December 21, 2008 : Cancellations not
received in writing more than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival and no
shows are subject to a 1 NIGHT PENALTY.
January 3 - April 12,
2009 : Cancellations not received in writing more than 7 days
prior to scheduled arrival and no shows are subject to a 3 NIGHT
PENALTY.
April 13 - December 18, 2009 : Cancellations not
received in writing more than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival and no
shows are subject to a 1 NIGHT PENALTY
