RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
Promotional Internet rates shown above and discounted package rates require a Five Night minimum stay. Daily rack rates are available for shorter stays and are commissionable for Travel Agents call for rack rates and current promotions.  Full payment is required at the time of reservation.  Upon request, at the time of initial reservation, bookings with charges in of $2,000 or more, may make a 20% deposit with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. (Restrictions apply)  Master Card * Visa * American Express accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes in writing up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival with a 20% cancellation penalty.  No refunds for No Shows or cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival. Early departures are non refundable.

Hurricane Guarantee:
In the event of a hurricane warning/watch only a 5% service fee for cancellation.  In the event of early departure, non used nights & meal plans will be refunded. If you are unable to depart due to airport closure or flight cancellation due to hurricane warning/watch, up to 3 nights free with additional nights at rack rates.
