Cancellation policy: During winter season (Jan 3-Apr 12), cancellations made less than 12 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 3 night penalty.

During summer season (Apr 13-Dec 18), cancellations made less than 12 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 1 night penalty.

During Christmas period (Dec 20-Jan 2), cancellations made less than 35 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty.

All cancellations are subject to a 5% administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended.

No-show / Short stay policy: No shows are subject to a 100% penalty. In case of early checkout the full stay will be forfeited.

Minimum stay: 4 night minimum stay required if stay includes the following nights: Dec 24 - Jan 2. No minimum stay requirement all other times of the year.

Maximum Occupancy: Three adults or two adults & 2 children under age 12: Deluxe Top Floor – 2 adults: Four adults on request only.

REQUIREMENTS:
All rooms are subject to a 5% government room tax/svc. Rates include complimentary use of lounge chairs & beach towels for the pool & beach & daily maid service.

35 Rooms…15 Superior Jr. Suites…Garden view and direct access to pool: 15 Deluxe Jr. suites…2nd floor with views of tropical garden and palm trees; 5 Deluxe Top Floor Jr. suites with panoramic views of tropical gardens.

Room Amenities:
Every Jr. Suite (500 sq ft) with large terrace or balcony consists of fully equipped kitchen with 2 burners, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, breakfast counter, 1 king or 2 full beds, living/dining area with sofa, teak lounge chairs, 110V & 220V outlets, A/C, in-room safe, satellite TV, phone, hair dryer & wireless Internet access in all rooms.

Bars & Restaurants:
A personalized guest card will give access to affiliated restaurants and beach activities. Charges will be billed to guest folio with payment upon departure. Free beach lounge chairs available at La Playa, Kontiki & Waikiki.
