Nestled in the heart of Orient Bay Village and within an easy 2 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, you'll discover one of the newest "best kept secrets" of St. Martin... the "new" Palm Court Hotel.

Surrounded by mature, lush tropical gardens with banana plants, coconut palms and other tropical flora you'll experience an authentic Caribbean ambiance with a vibrant Moroccan twist! You will instantly feel at home as you are greeted by some of the friendliest & professional staff on the island.

Palm Court has just 24 charming yet spacious junior suites all tastefully furnished in Moroccan colors and decor. Most of the rooms have king size beds, some having two double beds, a sitting area, fully equipped kitchenette, a private terrace or balcony with views to the gardens. All rooms have air conditioning, safe, direct dial telephone and satellite TV.

Standard Rooms are located on the 1st floor, Superior Rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and one Deluxe Room is located on the top floor. The hotel offers 2 rooms accessible to disabled people, both located on the 1st floor.

In the unlikely event of you ever tiring of the glorious white sand of Orient Beach, you can always head for the swimming pool. The pool is shared between the three Vavina Bay hotels, just a minute's walk from your hotel room. You can take a dip, relax on a lounger and have a drink or a snack at the poolside bar-restaurant. Perfect for children, the pool is 1 metre (3ft) deep at the shallow end.

Rates include free beach towels, complimentary Chaise Lounges and umbrellas at La Playa. Complimentary WIFI in the lobby and pool areas.

Parking is free, but as there is a 100 foot path to the reception desk from the parking lot, one car space may be reserved for disabled guests upon request. Getting around the area surrounding is quite easy.

All the water sports imaginable are available on Orient Beach... Windsurfing, kite surfing, hobie cat, sea-kayak, Diving, Jet ski, parasailing and much more ... Tennis courts are 100m from the hotel

The beach is a 2 mile stretch of soft white sand with views to the island of Pinel, Green Cay and Tintamarre. The Creole Village in front of your hotel will charm you with its colourful houses. Boutiques, restaurants, fine grocery, hairdressers, fitness center can all be found here. Around the fountain you may relax with a glass of pastis watching the typical French game of Ptanque. This is truly a touch of the French Riviera.

CHILDREN: Under the age of 2 are free & ages 3 - 12 pay $12 per child when sharing room with 2 adults. Age 13 and older pay as adults.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 3 Adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 12.

MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights are required if stay includes any night between December 22 through 31, and 4 nights are required between February 1 - February 28. No minimum stay all other times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
December 22 - 31: If the reservation includes ANY of these dates, full prepayment is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable unless the cancellation notice is received a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in date.
January 3 - April 15: Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a
3 night penalty.
Aprill 16 - December 19: Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a 1 night penalty.
