Top at La Vista Linda is located on Billy Folly Mountain overlooking
Simpson Bay just outside of Pelican Resort and Casino on the Dutch
side of Sint Maarten.The view from the villa is spectacular - One
views Simpson Bay on the port quarter and Marigot Harbor and the mountains
from several hundred feet up - a very impressive view. This villa,
approximately 3,000 square feet, boasts marble floors and marble bathrooms,
an environmental "habitat" (which is a combination sauna, steam bath,
sun, mist, and whirlpool unit with its own stereo) in the master bedroom.
Mountain Top at La Vista Linda and the complex has several important
amenities - its own elevator provides each unit with its own entrance
and private foyer.
