nearly private one-mile crescent shaped beach called Baie Rogue. The
Baie Rouge Beach area in Terres Basses, is one of the most exclusive
villa rental areas in French St. Martin.
All
four equal sized bedroom suites are furnished in a mixture of tropical
antiques and contemporary flavors and open onto a large covered terrace,
chlorine free pool, large sun deck and a beachside Jacuzzi with views
of the mountains of St. Martin, Marigot Harbor and the island of Anguilla.
There are two bedrooms on either side of the main living area. Two of
the bedrooms on one side are adjoined by a door an also guests can enter
the villa through the bedroom closest to the living room.
An
elegant granite dining area seats 10 in Mexican type chairs. Petit Pont
is cooled year round by the prevailing trade winds and includes air-conditioned
bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled and updated
in 2002.
This
relaxing retreat is less than 10 minutes from Marigot, shopping, casinos
and the airport. More importantly, only two steps from the beach.
